In June 1958 an exhibition of Carlo Berta, Davide Boriani, Gianni Colombo and Gabriele Devecchi is organized in the Sala Patriziale at the city hall of Bellinzona.

Carlo Berta’s nickname was Kiki. He was born in Bellinzona and attended the courses of Achille Funi at the Academy of Brera with Boriani, Colombo and Varisco. He proposed to Boriani to organize a show in Bellinzona, and Boriani extended the invitation to Colombo and Devecchi, with whom he already collaborated.
